Dear-Marshall: '
By deed dated April •19, 1951 recorded' AToveinber 10, 1965, ,
Nancy 114. Bottom conveyed her real estate in Gibson County,
Indiana in equal shares to Bethel Irene Curry, Soodrow W. Bottom,
llarie Richardsori, l4arshallb. 'Bottom, Doris Steele, Tilliam
H. Bottom, and Barbara Jean Bryan reserving unto herself a life •
estate.
• Upon the death of NancS l4. Bottom, said real estate went
directly to the above named parties, and it would ndt therefore be
a part of her estate. '''
It is my understanding that Barbara'Jean Bryan is not
deceased leaving as her heirs Leslie Bryan and Brett Alan Bell
to become'the owners of her share.
•" Said real estate now belongs to the heirs to do vith as they
see.fif. It would be my suggestion that the heirs agree upon someone
to look to for the manageinent of the real estate including the receipt
of rentals and the payment of tases, such person decided upon can
then account to the others for the amouts received U} him or her.
You should also obtain a death certificate for Nancy 1I. Bottom, and
take the same to the Auditor's Office in order that the tax records
:±may-bechanged vith regard to the ieal estate.
