Naomi C. Brown, of Gibson County, Indiana, being duly sworn
upon her oath, says that Robert V. Brown departed this life on
the lOth day of June, 1959. That during the life of said
husband, Robert V. Brown, they, as husband and wife, were the
owners as tenants by the entireties of the following described
real estate in Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
TRACT I: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section Eight (8), Township Two
(2) South, Range Eleven (11) West, particularly
described as follows: BEGINNING at a boat spike over a
2" pipe marking the Northeast corner of the Southeast '�
Quarter of Section Seven (7), Township Two (2) South, Q
Range Eleven (11) West; Run thence South 61.13' to a �
5/8" iron in the South right-of-way line of State Road
64; Thence continuing South 78.87' to a sucker rod;
Thence East parallel to the North line of the Southwest i
Quarter of said Section Eight (8), Township Two (2)
South, Range Eleven (11) West 4.3'; Thence North 140'
more or less, to a point in the centerline of State
Road 64 located 4.3' East of the point of beginning;
Thence West 4.3' to the point of beginning.
TRACT II: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section Seven (7), Township Two
(2) South, Range Eleven (11) 4�est, described as
follows, to-wit: BEGIN at the Northeast corner of said
Quarter Quarter Section and run thence West along the
North line thereof 50 feet; Thence South parallel to
the East line thereof 140 feet; Thence East parallel
to the North line thereof 50 feet to the East line
thereof; Thence North 140 feet to the place of
beginnin9, containing .20 of an acre, more or less.
SUBJECT to the right of way grant to the State of
Indiana, containing .02 of an acre as shown in Deed
Record No. 112, Page 569.
EXCEPTING THEREFORht: Part of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section Seven (7), Township
Two (2) South, Range Eleven (11) West, described as
follows: fROM a boat spike over a 2" pipe markin9 the
Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section; Run thence West along the North line of said
Quarter Section, the same being the centerline of State
Road 64, 50' to the place of beginning marked by a boat
spike; Thence South 56.42' to a 5/8" iron in the South
right-of-way line of said State Road 64; Thence
continuing South 83.58' to a 5/8" iron; Thence East
parallel to the North line of said Section, 6'; Thence
North 140' to a point in the North line of said Quarter
Section, 6' East of the point of beginning; Thence
West 6' to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to an easement and right-of-way, for the
purpose of ingress and egress as to Tract 1, as

81, Page 312, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
CONTAINING .18 acres, more or less.
That upon the death of Robert V. Brown, on the lOth day of
June, 1989,.this Affiant became the owner in absolute fee simple
title of the above described real estate and she makes this
Affidavit for the purpose of and now requests the Auditor of
Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer said real estate upon the
transfer records of said Gibson County, Indiana, to the name of
this Affiant.
