ORDER OF FINAL DECREE
Comes now Shelia K. Beard, in person and by counsel, Ray M.
Druley, and comes also Sidney Beard, in person, and the Pe[itioner
having heretofore filed her duly verified Peti[ion for Dissolution
of Marriage, vhich said duly verified Petition is in [he words and
figures folloWing, to-vit:

And it appearing to [he Cour[ that more than sixty (60) days
have elapsed since the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage herein
was first filed and summons issued and served upon the Responden[,
Sidney Beard. And the Respondent having been served due notice of
[his hearing, and the Cour[ having examined said verified Pe[ition
and having heard the evidence and being duly advised in the
premises, now finds as follows:
1. That this Cour[ has jurisdiction over the subject matter
of this ac[ion and over the persons involved in this li[igation.
2. That the Petitioner was on the date of [he filing of the
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and for more Chan six (6)
months immediately prior [here[o and including said date, a bona
fide residen[ of Gibson County in the State of Indiana.
3. That Petitioner and Responden[ were married on Oc[ober
29, 1988, and that they were separated in January 1992.
4. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the

marriage of the parties and there should be a dissolution of the
marriage because of such irre[rievable breakdown.
5. That the wife should be res[ored her maiden name of
Meyer.
6. That a11 other matters are taken under advisement.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDCED AND DECREED by the Court,
Cha[ [he marriage of Shelia K. Seard and Sidney Beard be and [he
same is hereby dissolved by reason of irretrievable breakdovn and
the par[ies restored to Che sta[us of unmarried persons and that
the wife be and hereby is restored her maiden name of Meyer.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDCED AND DECREED by [he Cour[ that
each of the findings hereinabove enumerated be and [he same hereby
are made a part of [his Decree by incorporation herein.
