cabin due and payable in May, 1995, and thereafter.
It is understood that the grantor, Olive 6 Ralph Wilkison, is not
the owner of the real estate upon which cabin No. 5 is situated and that
Minnie Smith is the owner of the real estate upon which Cabin No. 5 is
situated.
