lias examined the land herein described and believe tha land has been appreised at iu true cash value. Further I have examined the
farest plantatian ar native forest, and believe the stand of trees now complies with the provisions of the law. Further I believe the
owner will faithfully carry out tha provisions of the law.

The topography, soil,siand and species of trees eu., are here briefly described:
�115 is an upland rolling tract with an elevation change of 80 feet over the �.
tract. Alfond and Taftown silt loams are the two predcminate soils. These are good
woodland soils.
Species of trees are red oak, ash, white oak, black oak, tulip, black locust,
and hackberry along with sugar maple, black chery and black walnut. Stands vazy frcm
abandoned old fields planted in locust in the 1930's to the non-fazmed drainages with
a good stand of 14-28" diameter trees. Stocicage (tree density) is good on all areas
except tree species is questionable in the old field areas.
7mpivvenent projects range frcm a light selective hazvest to undeiplanting the
locust stands with red oak. The locust is beginning to deteriorate with ash, hackberry,
elm, maple and scattered oak and tulip taking over scme of these old fields.
