Availability and condi[ion of reference monuments. b.) Occupation or possession lines. c.) Clarity or ambiguity of the rccord dcscription used and/or adjoiner's description. d.) The theoretical uncertainty of the measurements. a.) A 1" pipe flanked by a comer post was found at the north corner of Donation 18. Also found were pipes on the NE comer and the SW comer of the Wise tract. b.) Farm type fence along the north and west lines of the subject tract were found to meander as much as 3' in error of property lines. A best fit line of the fence was used to detemune the location of the NE line of Donation 18. This line matched a monument at the East edge of the bridge de�k to the east. Fencing found along the Wise tracts westerly line was found to meander as much as 0.3' of the property linc. nba�idoned ovcrhead power lines exis[ along the north and west lines of the subject tract. c.) The parent tract's description conlaincd in Dr.l, Cd.614 called Ibr 15.78 acres; however, as a result of field measurements and utilizing existing monuments and features, the actual acreage is 18.55. Curve data shown in INDOT pians dated 1922 and 1923 did not ma[ch the existing road location, therefore the center of the road was used to create the SE side of the parent tract. The Tolbert tract contained in Dr.2, Cd.10853 had a closure error of 41.19'. The Catt tract contained in D.R.164, P. 131 had a closure enor of 6.89'. d.) The Theoretical Uncertainty (due to random errors in measurements) of the comers of the subject tract established this survey is within the specifica[ions for a Class C Survey (0.5') as defined in IAC 865. The within described tracts do not lie in that Special Flood Hazard Area Zone A as scaled on U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development Flood Hazard Boundary Map, Panel No. 180434 0001 A dated April 28, 1978.
