That affiant is an adult who resides in Gibson County, Indiana and is competent to make the representations contained herein. 2. That affiant is the surviving spouse of David A. Browning who died intestate on the lOth day of February, 1993, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana. That said David A. Browning died the owner of the following property: (a) (b} Clothing, personal itema and other miscellaneous personal property. The following described real estate located in Gibson County, Zndiana: A part of the Southwest 4uarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Town 1 South, Range 8 West, in Gibson County, Zndiana, described ae follows: Begin at � the southeast corner of said quarter-quarter section and run thence west along the south line thereof 230.8 feet to a 9/10 of an acre tract described in Deed Record No. 135 at page 138 of the recorde in the Recorder's Office of Gibaon County, Indiana; thence north, 56 degrees and 40 minutes west, 132 feet to the center of the old oakland City and Peteraburg highway; thence north, 24 degrees 30 minutes east, 115.5 feet to the center of the south end of the Dongola River Bridge; thence to low water mark on the south side of the Patoka River; thence up said River along said low water mark in a northeasterly direction to the east line of said quarter-quarter section; thence south along said east lien 316.2 feet to the place of beginning. That David A. Browning died the owner of no other real or personal property. 3. That there are no improvements located upon the above- deacribed real estate. That the above-described real estate was purchased by David A. Browning from Robert A. Lee in June, 1989 for the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). 4. That the above-stated peraonal and real property of David A. Browning are of value of less than Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($B,�OO.00). 5. That pursuant to the provisions o£ Zndiana Code 29-1-4-1, this affiant, as the surviving spouse of said David A. Browning, is entitled to a surviving spousal allowance of personal and/or real property in the amount of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($S,SOO.00i.` That by reason of the foregoing, the affiant is the owner of the above-stated personal and real property. 6. That no administration of the estate of said David A.
