I, JOSEPH CHESTER BYSAROVICH, residing at New Cumberland, West Virginia,
being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last 'vJiii and Tesiameni, hereby revoking ali bViils and Codicils by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct the payment out of my estate of all myjust debts, costs
of administration, including all estate and inheritance taxes.
SECOND: My Executor, hereinafter named, shall dispose of all my
tangible personal property, including my Townhouse located at 9 Rhett Shores,
McCormick, South Carolina, (whether the same be termed real or personal property)
except that hereinafter mentioned as being associated with and belonginy io �ny-Bay--
House and/or Riverside Fishing Camp at 502 N. River Road, New Cumberland, West
Virginia. Said Executor shall divide the same among all my residuary heirs and devisees
hereinafter named, by amicable agreement among them or if not easily reached, by
distribution of a nearly equal amount in money or in kind, and solely in the discretion of
said Executor.

THIRD: I give and bequeath the sum of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($25,000.00) to my stepson, GARY A. REEL.
FOURTH: I give and devise my house and lots at 311 W. Morton Street, Oakland
City, Indiana, to my brother, EUGENE GORDON BYSAROVICH, for his lifetime and upon
his death it shall revert to me if living and if not to my other living brothers and sisters
equally share and share alike, or their survivor, directing my Executor to execute any
documents of transfer necessary, forgiving the balance, if any, on that certain Land or
Purchasing Contract between us forsaid premises.

FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, EUGENE GORDON
BYSAROVICH, my two acres situated near Bee Branch, Arkansas.
SIXTH: I give and bequeath all personal property used in or associated with
my aforesaid Bay House and/or Riverside Fishing Camp at 502 N. River Road, New
Cumberland, West Virginia, #o my brother, CHESTER JOSEPH BYSAROVICH; and the
said Bay House and/or Riverside Fishing Camp, I devise to CHESTER JOSEPH
BYSAROVICH for life and upon his death to LAURA BINKOSKI and DOLORES A CLOVIS
and SONJA D. HANLAN , equally, share and share alike, for and during the term of their
joint lives, and to the survivor of them in fee.
SEVENTH: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal,
or mixed, wheresoever situate, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which
I may be entitled at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath equally among my
following heirs and devisees and if any be deceased at the time of my demise to my
surviving brothers and sisters, share and share alike:

(A) The Trustee shall not, at any time, be held liable for any action taken or not
taken, or for any loss or depreciation in the value of any property in this Trust, whether
due to an error of judgement or otherwise, where such Trustee has exercised good faith
and ordinary diligence in the exercise of its duties,

debts of the beneficiary, nor shall the same be subject to seizure by any creditor of the
beneficiary under any writ or proceeding at law or in equity, nor shall any beneficiary have
any power to sell, assign, transfer, encumber or in any other manner anticipate or dispose
of his interest in the trust estate or in the income produced therefrom. All sums directed
to be paid to the beneficiary, despite any general language, shall be taken not to be
payable absolutely to the beneficiary, but to be payable for the use and benefit of the
beneficiary, free and clear of the debts, contracts, engagements, alienations and
anticipations of the beneficiary, and clear and free of all levies, attachments, executions
and sequestrations, and free from the debts and control of any spouse.
EIGHTH: I hereby name, constitute and appoint my sister, DOLORES A.
CLOVES and SONJA D. HANLON, as Primary Co-Executrixes of this my Last Will and

Testament, and if either be deceased or for any other reason fails to qualify within thirty
days I direct the other one be appointed with full powers, and direct that they not be
required to give any bond or security as such. I also name, constitute and appoint LARRY
BINKOSKI as Co-Trustee, and THEODORE R. BINKOSKI as Co-Trustee and if either be
deceased or fails to qualify as such Co-Trustee the survivor of them is appointed, who
shall pursuant to paragraphs seventh and eighth pay over to the said Eugene Gordon
Bysarovich from the income and principal from said trust fund such monies as said
Trustees deem necessary for his expenses and needs, in sole discretion of said Trustees,
but not to exceed the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($12,000.00) per year. Said
trust shall not be available to the beneficiarie's, creditors, spouse, heirs, etc. Trust shall
be terminated upon death of Eugene Gordon Bysarovich.
Said Trustees may invest in any securities approved under West Virginia law for
fiduciaries.

The pwpose of Uus letter is to inform you the recent tax mailing your office sent me was
forwarded to an owner of the above property, Sonja Hanlon. The mailing was addressed
to Joseph Bysarovich/l.arry Binkoski (mysel� at my mailing address. I do not know why
I am still receiving these tax statements. I am not an owner of the above property. I
believe your office has Joseph listed as the deeded owner. I am enclosing a copy of
Joseph's will. Joseph died in October of 1999. His brother Eugene who was life tenant
for the above property died in February of 2007. My mother Laura Binkoski, ]oseph's
sister, died in December 2003 and Joseph's other brother Chester died in July 2005. The
only remaining heirs and owners of 311 W. Morton Street are Sonja Hanlon and Dolores
Clovis. They are also co-executors for Joseph's estate. I forwarded the ta�c mailing to
Sonja because Dolores is not in good health. Sonja also handled the major portion of the
executor duties and is the logical point of contact. Even though Joseph's estate is closed
final disposition of two properties still remain and are the responsibiliry of the executors.
I have also enclosed a copy of the death certificate for my mother Laura and for Eugene.
If you need them Sonja can provide death certificates for Joseph and his brother Chester
as she was executor for both. Hopefully I have provided enough information to clear this
matter up. I have no legal claim to nor am I responsible for anything associated with 311
W. Morton Street. Thank you.
