Personal property items included: Washer, dryer, stove, microwave and 2
refrigerators.
Taxes: Buyer will assume and pay all taxes on the Property beginning with the
taxes due and payable on May 2007, and all taxes due thereafter.
Possession of the property shall be delivered to Buyer at closing.
Conditions of the Sale: Property being sold is a home on leased land. No deed is
involved. Property sold as is by Bill of Sale.
I, the undersigned seller, do sell the above-described river home to the buyer for the amount
shown and certify that all of the information provided in this Bill 6f Sale is true and accurate
to the best of my knowledge.
I, the undersigned buyer, acknowledge receipt of this Bill of Sale and understand there is no
guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the above-described property.
It is also understood that the above-stated river home is sold in "as is" condition.
