Beasley, his wife who died testate on the 17th day of Jul}�, 2006, of the followine described real
estate in Gibson Countv. State of Indiana, to-wit:
Ten and fi��e-eiehth (10-�/3) acres off of the north part of the southeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section n��el��e (12), Town t�vo (2) south, Range nine (9) west
more particularlv described and bounded as follo�vs: Beeinning at a point eighteen
(18) rods and h� el��e and one-half ( I 2-1/2) links south of the northeast comer of said
quarter quarter section and runnin� thence west eighty (80) rods more or less ro the
�� est line of said quarter quarter section; thence south twent��-one (21) rods and six
and one fourth (6-1/4) links to a stake; thence east eighty (80) rods more or less to the
eas[ line of said quarter quarter section; thence north twenty-one (21) rods sis and
