AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Maude S. Carr, being.first d�Yly sworn upon her oath,
.
deposes and says:
That she is more than Fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County,. State of Zndiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she is�familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
- A part of the southwest quarter of Section 7, Town 2 south, Range 10
west, and.a part of the southeast quarter of Section 12,.TOwn 2
south, Range 11 west, bounded as follows: Begin at a point 208 feet
west of an iron pin which stands at a point 791.5 feet west and
25.5 feet south of the intersection of the middle line of Hall
and Broadway Streets in the city of Princeton, and from said
beginning point run thence west along the south line of said
Broadway Street 51.5 feet; thence south 148.5 feet; thence east
51.5 feet; thence north to the place of beginning.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 95 page
371; Deed Record No. 112 page 496, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Elvit B. Carr and Maude Carr,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said.Elvit B. Carr died on or about August 4, 1968, aid that
said Elvit B. Carr and Maude Carr, were husband and wife, at the
time of the death of said Elvit B. Carr.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Elvit B. Carr, at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
