That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson Couriy,- Indiana. A part of lot number one (1) in William H. Evans Addition to Archer's Second Enlargement to the city of Princeton, bounded as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot and running thence south one hundred (100) feet; thence east forty six (46) feet; thence north to the north line of said lot; thence west to the place of beginning, ALSO, a part of lot number ten (10) in Archer's Enlargement to the town, now city, of Princeton, bounded as follows: Beginning at, the northeast corner of said lot and running thence west four (4) feet; thence south eighty�two'and five tenths (82.5) feet; thence east to.the east line.of said -1ot; thence north to the beginning; Being the_same real estate located in Deed Record No. 103 page 210, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows'of her own knowledge that said above described real property was fonnerly owned by Robert E. Carter and Sadie Lee Carter, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Robert E. Carter died intestate, on or about November 6, 1968, and that said Robert E. Carter and Sadie Lee Carter were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Robert E. Carter. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Robert E.
