Ethe1 L. Car2y, surviving widow of Calvin ��,T Caray, deceased -
of 326 North Second Street, Princeton, Gihson CBunty, Indiana,
heing first duly sworn, upon her oath, deooses and says: --
That she is sixty (60) years of age, a resident of Gibson
County,, State of Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the folLowing described real
property Located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the northwest quarter of section 7, township 2 south,
range 10 west, bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at a point
282.75fee•t north of the northwest corner of Lot No. 10 in Devin's
Enlargement of the tocon (now City) of Princeton, Indiana, and run
thence north 74; feet thence west 138Z feet; thence south 74;
feet, thence east 138Z feet to the place of beginning. Being the
same oart and parcel of real estate described in Deed Record No.
122 page 266, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and, being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 125
page 247, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real prooerty was formerly owned by Calvin J. Car�y and Ethel L.
Car�y, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Calvin J. Car�y died intestate, on or about the 20th �
day of Novemher, 1963, and that the said CaLvin J. Car�y and
Ethe1 L. Car2y were husband and wife at the ti�e of the death of
the said Calvin J. Car�y.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Caivin J. Car2y at the time
of his death, coithin the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
