AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Martha Avey Cassidy, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson
County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
-- 'Fhat she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the northwest quarter of section 7, township 2 south, range
10 west, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point 159 feet and 6 inches
north of the northeast corner of Lot 35 in Forest Park Addition to the
City of Princeton, and running thence north along the west side of West
Street 49 feet and 6 inches; thence west 148 feet and 6 inches; thence
south parallel with the west line of West Street 49-feet and 6 inches; thence
" east 148 feet and 6 inches to the place of beginning.
It is agieed and understood by and between the parties hereto that a
strip of ground six (6) feet wide along the west end of said described
lot shall be reserved for public alley purposes:
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real
property was formerly owned by Martin Cassidy and Martha Avey Cassidy,
husband and wife, as tenants by:the entirety.
- Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowle3ge.fhat
said Martin Cassidy died on or about January��, 1959,;and•that said

Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge tliat
the value of the estate of said Martin Cassidy, at the time•of hi.s death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty
Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was
_� not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
