Clark, being first duly swor upon her oath, deposes and says: �hat she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: The west half of Lot Number Fifty eight (58) in the Hillcrest Addition to the Town of Fort Branch. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 164 page 350, Office of the &ecorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, A part of the southcaest quarter of Section 21, township 2 south, range i1 west of the Second Principal Meridian bounded as folLows: Begin in the west line of said quarter section 57 rods south of the northwest corner thereof and run thence east 41 rods and 12 links; thence south to the south line of said,quarter section; thence westto the southwest cor�r thereof; thence north to the place of beginning,.containing 27.44 acres, more or less. Subject to the reservation of oil and gas and royaLties, bonuses and rents therefrom as contained in the deed from The Federal Land Bank of Louisville to Nettie B. Parrett as set forth in Deed Record 115 at page 169 of the records in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and Oi1 & gas lease to Bur- Ken Petroleum Company Apri1 18, 1942. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 124 page 454, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that she knows of her own knowLedge that said above was described real property/foraierly owned by Arthur CLark (so�etimes designated as William Arthur Clark), and Mary E. C1ark, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Arthur Clark died on or about January 3, 1971, and that the said :Arthur Clark and Mary E. C1ark were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Arthur Clark. � � � Affiant further states that she knows of her own knawledge that the value of the estate of said Arthur CLark, at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars C$60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax; Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that Indiana Inheritance Tax was determined by the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County, Indiana - Estate Dkt.
