CLAYTON, being first duly sworn upon her oath,

1. That she makes this Affidavit for the purpose of
having the following described real estate situate in Gibson County,
State of Indiana transferred to her name individually, which
property is described as follows, to-wit:
TRACT # 1
The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section thirteen (13), Township two (2) south, Ranqe
nine (9) west, containing forty (40) acres, more or
less, excepting however part of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township two
South, Range nine west bounded as follows: Begin at
a one-half inch iron at the Southwest corner of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 9 west and run
thence north along the west line of said quarter
quarter section for 217.8 feet to a 3/4 inch bolt,
thence run East parallel to the South line of said
quarter-quarter section'for 200.O.feet to a 1/2
inch pipe thence run South Parallel to the said West
line, for 217.8 feet, to a 1%2 inch pipe in the said
South line; thence run west along the said South line
for 200.0 feet to the place of beginning, and contain-
ing 1.000 acres, but subject to half the right of way of
a public road along the South and West sides thereof
heretofore conveyed to Samuel J. Pearson and Barbara
M. Pearson and recorded in Deed Record 150 at Page
265 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
Excepting also Part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest 4uarter of Section 13, Township 2 South,
Range 9 west and bounded as follows: Begin at a point
marked by a 1/2 inch pipe which point is in ttie South
line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of said Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 9 west,
and located 200.0 feet East of the Southwest corner
of said Quarter-Quarter section; and from said
beginning point run thence north parallel to the
west line of said quarter-quarter section for 217.8
feet to a 1/2 inch pipe; thence run East and parallel
to the South line of said quarter-quarter section for
200:0 feet to a 1/2 inch pipe; thence run South and
parallel to the said west line for 217.8 feet to a
3/4 inch pipe in the South line of said quarter-quarter
section; thence run west along the said South line for
200.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing

1.000 acres, but subject to half the right of way of
a public road along the South side thereof, heretofore
conveyed to Alphonso A. white and Ellen A. white,
husband and wife and recorded in deed record 150 at
page 215 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana.
TRACT $ 2
The west one-half of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 2 South,
Range 9 west, containing 20 acres more or less
excepting, however the following:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 9 West
and more particularly described as follows: Begin
at an iron in the north line of the said Quarter
Section 8 feet east of the said northeast corner
of.the west half of the said northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter, and run thence south along
Clayton's east property line 350 feet to an iron,
which iron is 20.6 feet east of the east line of
said west half; thence west 631.5 feet to an iron;
thence north 350 feet to an iron at.the center of
said section 13, thence east 631.5 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 5.07 acres,
more or less, heretofore conveyed to Glenn w.
Richardson and Kenneth O. Richardson and recorded
in Deed Record 143 at Page 182 in the Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
ALSO EXCEPTING:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 2 South, Range
9 west and described as follows: Beginning at
a point 80.7 feet East of the Southwest corner
of said Quarter-Quarter Section and running thence
East 595.8 feet to an iron pipe; thence north
1 degree 45 minutes west 683 feet to a stake
in the Southeast r'ight of way line of State Road
No. 57; thence along said right of way line in
a Southwesterly direction along a zero degree
30 minute curve to the left 895 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 4,.75 acres,.more or less
heretofore conveyed to Henry J. Grimmelsman, S.T.D,`-
Bishop of the Evansville Diocese in Deed Record
137 at Page 391 in the Office�of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana.
ALSO EXCEPTING 2.32 acres now occupied by State Road
No. 57, all of said exceptions totaling 12.24 acres
more or less.

2. Affiant says further that the above described real
estate was heretofore listed in the Auditor's Office of Gibson
County, Indiana, under the name of Clarence L. Clayton and Flora
M. Clayton, husband and wife.
3. Affiant says further that said above described property
0
was owned by the said Clarence L. Clayton and Flora M. Clayton, husband
and wife, as Tenants by the Entireties.
4. Affiant says further that Clarence L. Clayton departed
this life testate on the 2nd day of January, 1973, leaving a Last
Will and Testament that was duly admitted to probate in the Gibson
Circuit Court, Gibson County, Indiana on the 27th day of January,
1973, and this affiant was the sole and only beneficiary under said
will.
5. This Affidavit is made for the purpose of transferring
the above described real estate to the name of Flora M. Clayton,
individually.
