AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY Gail Clem,•being first duly sworn upon her oath, t� , deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: The southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of section 28, Township 1 South, Range 9 viest containing 40 acres, more or less. ALSO, a part of.the west half of the southwest quarter of section 21, township l south, range 9 west, bounded as follows, tawit: Beginning at the northeast corner of said west half of said quarter section, and running thence south 40 rods; thence west 80 rods to the west line of said half quarter section; thence north 40 rods to the northwest corner thereof; thence east 80 rods to the place.of beginning and'containing twenty acres, more or less; ALSO, the east half of.the following described tract, towit: That part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 33, township 1 south, range 9 west, which said tract lies north of the center of the Patoka River, and contains in all twenty acres. ALSO, A tract of twenty one (21) acres off of the west side of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of section twenty eight (28), in township one (1) South, Range Nine (9) West. For chain of title to the above described Reaj. Estate, see Deed Record No. 147 Page 91, and Deed Record No. 90 Page 197, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Herbert E. Clem and Gail Clem, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Herbert E. Clem,�died on or about July 29, 1969, and that the said Herbert E. Clem and Gail Clem, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Herbert E. Clem.
