� That he is the attorney of record for Lewis Tichenor,
Indiana
an interested party by way of a Petition To Determine�Inheritance
Tax on the estate of Harvey Richards, deceased, so filed in the
Gibson Circuit Court of Gibson County, Indiana, under Estate
Dkt. No. PR 64 - �, Office of the Clerk of said Court.
This affiant further says that insofar as he has been
advised and does verily believe, the aforesaid Aarvey Ricta�ds
died intestate, a resident of Craighead. County, State of Arkansas
on or about July 5, 1964.
That said decedent died an unmarried man and left as his
sole and only heirs-at-law the following:
Essie Richards Coleman - Sister - No. 501 Creath Ave.,
Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Pearl R. Hinman - Ha1f-Sister - No. 501 Creath Ave.,
Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Lora Bates - Sister - Beck Street, R.R. #1, Carmi, Illinois.
That this affidavit is made for the purpose of advising the
Auditon of Gibson County, Indiana, of the demise and heirship
of said decedent for the purpose of ohtaining a transfer on the
Transfer Book of Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana of
certain reai estate carried in the na:ne of "Coleman, Essie and
Harvey Rid�ards".
