AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
47ayne E. Collins, being first duLy s�oorn, uoon his
•�.�„poath, deposes and says:_
That he is Forty One (41) years of age, a resident of
#1135 Rand Street, Lake County, Hobart, Indiana, and his occupation
is a School Teacher.
That he is fa�iliar with the following described real
property Located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
The c.iest half of Lot number. three C3) in
Archer's Enlargement of the Tozon Cnow City)
of Princeton, except six (6) feet off the
north end thereof. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 161 page 112,
Office of the Reco�der of Gibson County,
Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly ocaned by Oscar L. Collins and Fannie M.
CoLlins, husband and wife, as tenants hy the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Oscar L. ColLins died, testate,on or about the 24th
day of October, 1964, and that said Oscar L. CoLlins and Fannie M.
Collins, were husband and'wife at the time of the death of the said
Oscar L. Collins.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Oscar L. Collins at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand (�60,000.00) Dollars, and that the
estate,of said decedent caas not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
