AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTZRETY
Erma F. Duncan, being first duly sworn upon her-oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a housewife.
That she is familiar with"the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: -
A part of the�northeast quarter ('�) of the northwest,quarter (4)
of section nineteen.(19), township two (2) south,'range eight (8)
west, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point one hundred twenty
five (125) feet south of the northeast corner of the northwest
quarter (4) of said section number nineteen (19) and running
thence south fifty (50) feet; thence west one hundred and eighty
(180) feet, more or less, to the middle of the alley; thence north
fifty (50) feet; thence east one hundred eighty (180) feet, more or
less, to the place of beginning, lying within the corporate limits of
the Town of Oakland City, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 131, page 95,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by John Cooper and Ada Cooper,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said John Cooper died intestate, on or about August 4, 1962,
and that said John Cooper and Ada Cooper were husband and wife, at
the time of the death of the said John Cooper.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said John Cooper at the time of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not. _._ -
