AFFIDAVIT

Mary E. Cox, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
That she is ��_ years of age, a resident of
Gibson County, State of Indiana, and that she and Bruce Cox, her
late husband, who died testate on the bth day of March, 1958,
were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Bruce
Cox, and owned as tenants by the entireties the foliowing de-
scribed real estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
Lot #14 in Highland Home Addition to
the City of Princeton, Indiana,
according to the map, plat or chart

Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the real estate of the said Bruce Cox at the
time of his death within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
laws was less than Twenty Thousand Dollars, and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any federal estate taxes.
This affidavit is made by the affiant herein showing the
tenancy of said real estate on the date of the death of the said
Bruce Cox and for the further purpose of having the Auditor of
Gibson County, Indiana transfer the record ownership of said real
estate from the name of Bruce Cox and Mary E. Cox, husband and
wife, to the name of Mary E. Cox, this affiant.
