AFFIDAVIT AS TO JOINT TENANCY
Rosemary Crecelius, being first duly sworn, unon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than twenty-three (23) years of age, a
resident of 305 North Seminary Street, Princeton, Gibson County,
Indiana, and her occupation is an employee of The Farmers National
Bank of Princeton, Indiana.
That she is familiar with the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
The North Half <NZ) of the East Half
(EZ) of Lot riumber Fifty-Nine (59)
in the Original PLan of the City of
Princeton, It[hana. Being the same
real estate described in Deed Record
No. 154 page 386, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Edgar Crecelius, Myrtle CreceLius
and Rosemary Crecelius, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
and not as tenants by the entirety and not as tenants in common.
Affiant further states t hat she knows of her own knowLedge that
said Edgar Crecelius died (intestate) on or about the 29th day of
March, 1965, and that the afore mentioned Myrtle Crecelius and
Rosemary Crecelius (this affiant) survived the said Edgar Crecelius,
<now deceased).
That this affidavit is prepared and filed for the sole purpose
of establishing the date of death of the aforesaid Edgar Crecelius
and of hia being survived by the said Myrtle Crecelius and Rose9ary .
Crecelius as the surviving joint tenants designated in the deed ha�ein-
above referred to; and, for the further purpose of obtaining a transfer
on the Transfer Book of the City of Princeton, Office of the Auditor
of Gibson County, Indiana, from the name of "Edgar Crecelius, Myrtle
Crecelius and Rosemary Crecelius" to"Myrtle Crecelius and Rosemary
Crecelius".
Further this affiant sayeth not.
