I. Harl E. McNeece,` being first duly sworn upon his oath; says:
1. That I am a resident of Knox County, Indiana for the past
40 years and havina resided the previous 41 years in Gihson
Lountv. Indiana have known Frank and Laura Esthel Charlton
'; all my life.

That Frank Charlton died in Gibson County, Indiana on Jul� 18,
1965.
That Laura Esthel Charlton died in'Knox County,'Indiana on
�anuary 19, 1981. ,
4. That Frank and Laura Esthel Charlton had only two children,
being Patsy M. Charlton McNeece and Dorthea E. Charlton Westfall
both residents of Knox County, Indiana.

5. That Patsy M. McNeece and Dorthea E. Westfal! are the sole
"surviving heirs of Frank and Laura Esthel Charlton.
6. Ttiat Laura Esthel Charlton, at the time of fier death owned the
fcilowin9 property in Gibson County, Indiana.
l.ot numbered seventy (70) in the Eastern Enlargement to the Town
of Hazelton, said County and State, except, a part o` said lot in
' the form of a triangle o� the North end thereof, more particulariy
described as fol'lows, to-ivit: Eieginning at the N�rin Easi corner-
• of said lot and running ti�ence South, along the East line thereof,
about forty-five (45) feet; thence West twenty (20) feet; thence
in a Northeasterly direction along the 4lest line thereof to thz
place of beginning.
7. That this affidavit is made to establish the heirship at law of
said Frank and Laura Esthel Charlton.
