AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION

BRYCE COLLINS and BILLY D. COLLINS, being first duly
sworn upon oath, depose and say that MARK Z. COLLINS died
March 14, 1986, and the said MARK I. COLLINS and these
affiants were, at the time of his death, joint owners with
right of survivorship of the following real estate situate
in Gibson County, State of Indiana as hereinafter set forth
on a schedule attached hereto, incorporated herein by refer-
ence and designated as "SCHEDULE A". By virtue of survivor-
ship, these affiants are now the owners of said real estate
and make this affidavit for the purpose of causing said real
estate to be transferred to their names for taxation on the
official transfer records of Gibson County, State of Indiana.

bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning in the S4est line
of said location 90 rods and 4 links from the most
southerly point thereof, running thence North 38-1/2

thence North 45 degrees East with Gowen's land 80 rods
