Comes now, C. Raeburn Clem and Warner E. Clem, and file
herein their statement sho�•�ing that they have as Co-Personal
Representatives of the above named decedant's estate, delivered
to C. Raeburn Clem and Warner E. Clem and Rosemary Clem the re-
spective 'tracts of real estate devised to the respective devisees
by the Last t9i11 and Testament o£ the decedant as follows:
To C. Raeburn Clem the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Part of the South half, South�•�est Quarter, Section
25, Tocanship 1 South, Range 10 6•7est in Center To�an-
ship, Gibson County, Indiana and further.described
as follo;as: Begin at a casting founc3 at the North-
east corner of the South half, Southwest Quarter of
Section 25, Toconship 1 South, Range 10 �•�est and
measure South along the East line of said half,
Quarter, 120.0 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence
in a Southwesterly direction along a County Road,
the following courses and distances from said
iron bear (magnetic) South 36 degrees and 17
minutes cuest, a distance o£ 438.4 feet to a 5/8
inch iron, found in place; thence South 55
degrees and 37 minutes [Vest, a distance of 170.0
to a 5/8 inch iron, found at the ATorth end of the
P7est property line of a 4.36 acre tract ocaned by
Harold Cross as o£ June 1, 1976; thence measure
South 67 degrees and 39 minutes idest, a distance
of 91.10 feet to a point; thence measure south
82 degrees and 34 minutes [•dest, a distance of
263.40 feet to a point; thence south 62 degrees
and 12 minutes West, a distance of 103.20 feet
to a point; thence measure South 48 degrees and
21 minutes S9est, a distance of 797.60 degrees and
10 minutes West, a distance of 390.3 feet, more or
less, to a point in the South line of said South
half which is 734.8 feet East of the Southwest
corner of the said South half, thence P7est along
the South line of said South hal£, and sti11 along
a County Road, a distance of 487.3 feet to a
point at the Southeast corner of 1.0312 acre tract;
thence leave the County Road and neasure �IOrth,
aarallel to the L•?est line of said South hal�, a
distance of 1,164.9 ieet to a 5/S inch iron cver
a stone found at the Northcaest corner o£ the said
South half, thence East along the North line of
said South half, a distance of 2,573.28 £ee� to
the point of beginning and containing 52.9347 acres.

To Warner E. Clem and Rosemary Clem, husband and o�i£e,
the following described real estate located ir. Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
Tract 1 The North half (1/2) of the northeast
Quarter 91/4) of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of
Section twenty-one (21), Township one (1) South,
Range nine (9) West, containing twenty (20)
acres, more or less.
Tract 2 The South half (1/2) of the �ortheast
Quarter (1/4) of the South�•:est Quarter (1/4)
of Section twenty-one (21), Township one (1)
South, Range nine (9) West, Containing t�aenty
(20) acres, more or less. .
And now the Court having examined said statement and being
duly advised in the premises finds that the actions of the Co-Per-
sonal Representatives as set forth in the statement should be
approved.
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court
that the action of the Co-Personal Representatives o£ this estate
under unsupervised administration and delivering possession of the
decedant's real estate described above to the respective devisees
thereof as set forth above, be, and the same�is in all respects
approved.
