AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP
Dealie R. Hallam, being first duly sworn, upon oath deposes
and says:
1. That she is an adult and resides at 208 N. 10th Street,
Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana.
2. That she is the daughter of Elsie Coomer who died
August 16, 1989.
3. That the said Elsie Coomer did die as the owner of the
following described real estate situate in Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Number 137 in the Business Men's Addition to the
City of Princeton, Indiana.
4. That pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and
Testament of Elsie Coomer admitted to Probate in the Gibson
Circuit Court on November 8, 1994, the said Elsie Coomer did
leave a life estate in and to said real estate to her daughters
Virginia Lee Hart and Dorothy Chamberlain. That Dorothy
Chamberlain is now deceased.
5. That the said Elsie Coomer did provide in her Last Will
and Testament that upon the last of her two daughters Virginia
Lee Hart and Dorothy Chamberlain to die that she devised the real
estate described herein to her issue (except Dorothy Chamberlain
or her issue) per stirpes.
6. That in addition to the children Virginia
Dorothy Chamberlain, the decedent Elsie Coomer was
children Donald Hart, Bobby Joe Hart, Charles Hart,
Mary Crawley, Hazel Dill and this affiant Dealie R.
the children named herein are the only children of
Elsie Coomer.
And further Affiant saith not.
