LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Sectfon 17, Tovnship 03 South, RAnge 12 West, in Gibson
County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron marking the southeast corner of said
quarter quarter section; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes
55 seconds West along the south line of said quarter quarter
section two hundred and no hundredths (200.00) feet to an
iron; thence North 00 degrees O1 minute 16 seconds East
and parallel to the east line of said quarter quarter section
five hundred forty-two and fifty-eight hundredths (542.56)
feet to. an iron; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 08
seconds East two hundred and no hundredths (200.00) feet
to a rail road spike on the east line of said quarter quarter
section; thence South 00 degrees O1 minute 16 seconds West
along said east line five hundred forty-three and seventy
hundredths (593.70) feet to an iron at the point of beginning.
