AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND HIERSHIP
Lillian Rowena Bartley, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
1. That she is the daughter of William Clarence Caddell who died intestate a
resident of Gibson County; Indiana, on the 30th day of January, 2000, and that no
administration on his estate was opened in Gibson County, Indiana nor in any other court.
2. That during his lifetime, William Clarence Caddell was married to Grace L.
Caddell who predeceased her husband on May 10, 1989. William Clarence Caddell and
Grace L. Caddell had three children as the result of their marriage and had no other
children and no other marriages during their lifetimes.
3. That the three children of William Clarence Caddell and Grace L. Caddell were
this a�ant, Lillian Rowena Bartley, Lindel Lary Caddell and Richard Alan Caddell.
4. That Lillian Rowena Bartley, Lindel Lary Caddell and Richard Alan Caddell all
three survived their mother and their father.
5. That there are no other children by descendants of deceased children of William
Clarence Caddell and Grace L. Caddell other than Lillian Rowena Bartley, Lindel Lary
Caddell and Richard Alan Caddell and that all of said survivors are competent adults.
6. That the Estate of William Clarence Caddell was not su�cient to require the filing
of an Indiana inheritance tax return nor a federal estate tax return and all of the debts of
William Clarence Caddell have been paid and satisfied.
Further, affiant sayeth naught.
