That Affiant is the o�vner in fee simple of the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: A part of the South�vest Quarter of Section One (1). To�vnship Three (3) South, Ranee T�t�elve (12) �Vest. and described as follo«�s, to-«�ir. Begin at the I�'ortheast Corner of said quarter section and run thence south, along the east Iine thereof, 362 feet; thence ���est parallel to the north line of said quarter section, 362 feet; thence north parallel to the east line of said quarter section, 362 feet; thence east along the north line of said quarter section, 362 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less. 2. The Affiant and Harry J. Crowe acquired fee simple title to the above-described real property; as husband and wife, tenants by the entireties by Warranty Deed dated September 22; 1972 and recorded October 3, 1972, in drawer number l, card number 5469, in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. 3. The Affiant and Harry J. Crowe continued to own the above described real property as husband and wife until the death of Harry J. Crowe on February 2, 200S, at �vhich time the Affian[ acquired the entire fee simple title to the above-described real property by right of survivorship. 4. "Chat the gross value of [he estate of the decedent, Harry J. Cro���e, as determined for the purpose of Federal Estate Taxes, was less than that value required for the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return, therefore, decedent's estate was not subject to Federal Estate Tax. Consequently, Harry J. Cro���e and Harry J. Cro�t� (correcdv spelled) is one and the same person and Thelma L. Cro�ve and Thelma L. Crow (correcdy spelled) is one and the same person. 6. That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to delete the name of Harry J. Cro�ve from the transfer records and reflect the Affiant, Thelma L.
