We, Linda M. Mason, for $27,000.00, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell, transfer and convey to Lucile G. Christmas the
manufactured home located on a rented lot at 823 E State Street. Princeton, IN 47670.
The parcel number for the mobile home is 26-428-OS011-00.
To have and to hold said manufactured home to Lucile G. Christmas and her
successors and assigns ro their o�m use forever. Provided however possession of said
mobile home will be delivered to Lucile G. Christmas on or before Januarv ] 0. 2011.
And I hereby covenant with the grantee that I am the la�vful o�mer of said
manufactured home; that it is free from all encumbrances; that I have good right to sell
the same as aforesaid; and that I will warrant and defend the same against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons.
The Seller agrees to deliver to Lucile G. Christmas a duly executed title to said
manufactured home, upon receipt of the tide from The Bank of Marion.
