BE IT KNOWN, for good consideration, and in payment of the sum of

is acknowledged, the undersigned Patrick Finnev and Gavle M Finnev,
husband and wife of Gibson Countv. State of Indiana
(Seller) hereby sells and transfers to Les and Janet Conner, husbnd and wife
of Gibson Countv. State of Indiana
(Buyer) and the Buyer's successors and assigns forever, the following described
chattels and personal property:
A cabin on White River located on the Byron Bingham Farm covering
approximately 11/20 of an acre in Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 11 West,
seven miles from Princeton, in the County of Gibson, State of Indiana.
The Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable titile to said property, full
authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all
liens,encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description
whatsoever.
Seller further warrants to Buyer that it will fully defend, protect, indemnify and hold
harmless to Buyer and its IawFul successors and assigns from any adverse claim
made thereto by all persons whomsoever.
Said property is otherwise sold in "as in" condition and where presently located.
