Wallace, being first duly sworn upon their oaths say that they are the surviving heirs of t�ielvin D. Dalton, deceased; that said decedent departed this life on the 28th day of i�larch, 1980, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and was the owner with affiants as tenants by the entirety of certain real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer records of the City of Princeton and Patoka Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and described as follows: A part of Lot No. Eleven (11) in the Original Plan of the Town, now City of Princeton, bounded as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot, and run thence West'4II 1/2 feet; thence North on a line parallel to the Eastern Boundary Line of said Lot 148 1/2 feet; thence East 49 1/2 feet; thence South 148 1/2 feet to the place of beginning subject to an a11ey-way five (5) feet in width off the Pdorth side thereof as conveyed to the City of Princeton, Indiana, by virture of a Warranty Deed dated Apri1 29, 1919, and recorded in Deed Record 85, Page 463 Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. ALSO, a part of Lot IQumbered Eleven (11) in the Original Plan of the Town (now City) of Princeton, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning in the south line of said Lot at a point forty-nine and one-half (49 1/2) feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot and run thence north one hundred forty-eight and one-half (148 1/2) feet; thence west forty-nine and one-half (49 1/2) feet; thence south one hundred forty eight and one-half (148 1/2) feet; thence east forty nine and one-half (49 1/2) feet to the place of beginning. Subject to an a11ey conveyed to the City of Princeton recorded in Deed Record 85, Page 464, in the Records of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. Subject to all easements, roadway and alleyways of record, if any.
