Dianna Faye Dougan being first duly sworn.on oath, deposes
and says:
That she is the widow of Lane Nolan Dougan and thaC Chis
affiant and the said Lane Nolan Dougan were the owners in fee
simple, as tenants by the entireties, of the following described
real estate, situated in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lo.t Number Four (4) in Ldarnock's Sub-division of Out-lot five
(5) in zange two (2) of the New Survey of the Town, now City
of Princeton, Indiana except the west fifty feet thereof.
That the said Lane i�oian Gougan died intestate on or sbou�
October 17, 1981.
That no administration was had upon the estate of said
decedent, and that the total value of assets owned by the said
decedent, including life insurance was not sufficient in size to
incur Federal Estat.e Tax liability, and that no Federal Estate Tax
�vas due or ocaing upon the assets in the estate of said decedent.
That the said decedent died a resident of Gibson County,
Indiana, and had osaned the above-described real estate, as a
tenant by the entirety, with this affiant since hlay 13, 1970.
That this affiant and the decedent Lane Nolan Dougan were
married prior to itay 13, 1970 and continuously remained married
until the date of death of the decedent on October 17, 1981.
