That this affidavit is made for the purposes of providing evidence of clear title and inducing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer the above described parcel of real estate from the names of David S. Davis and Marijon Davis, husband and wife, to the name of � Marijon Davis on his records for taz purposes.
