GIBSON COUNTY AUDITGF
Comes now Rosemary Dawson and being duly sworn upon her oath, alleges and
says:
1. That William Dawson III died on March 6, 2003.
2. That William Dawson [II and Rosemary Dawson held title as husband and wife in said
real estate situated in Gibson County, State of Indiana, more particulazly described as
follows:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 2 South, Range 10 West,
bounded as follows: Begin in the North line of Makemson Avenue in Baldwin HEigids,
298.5 feet West of the intersection of the West line of Hall Street, projected Southwazd to
said North line; thence NoRh I50 feet to Lula's South line; thence West along the said
Robb's line 50 feet; thence South 150 feet to the North line of said Makemson Avenue;
thence East along said North line 50 feet to the place of beginning.
3. That upon the death of said William Dawson III, Rosemary Dawson became the sole
owner of the foregoing described real estate.
Affiant further states that the funeral bills, last illness and other debts of said decedent
have been paid.
5. That this Aftidavit is made for the purpose of inducing the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana to delete the name of William Dawson III from the tax roils thereby vesting title
in Rosemary Dawson.
