Addition to the City of Princeton, bounded as follows to-wit:
beginning fifty (50) feet and one and one-half (1 1-2) inches south of
the northeast corner of said Lot number three (3) and running thence
south forty-five (45) feet; thence West one hundred forty-three (143)
feet to the alley; thence north along said alley forty-five (45) feet;
thence east one hundred forty-three (143) feet to the place of
beginning.
Property commonly known as: 715 S. Gibson St., Princeton, Indiana.

by deed recorded January 14, 1958 TO William G. DeBOrd and Frances K.
