A I" pipe was found near this location as sho«�n on the pfat. The origin of the said pipe is unkno���n and is removed on this survey. The southeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section is a found monument used on this survey. This monument is in the center of the "T" road and is accepted and used on this survey. At the southwest corner of said section, no monument could be found. Therefore, this monument was established using fence lines and road centerlines. The southeast corner of the west half of the southwest quarter of said section is a monument established on this survey at the bisected point of the line connecting the southwest and southeast corners of the southwest quarter of said section. This location nearly coincides with an old fence line going north and south. A flat-iron was found on this survey near this location, however, was not accep[ed and is removed on this survey. LINE,S OF POSCFSCION The south line of the parent tract is within the road right-of-way. Along the north portion of the west and east lines of the pa�ent tract, the possession line is not apparent. Along the south portion of the west line of the parent tract, old fence and a tree fine vary +/- �0 feet east of the surveyed line. There may be umvritten rights associated with this area. The south portion of the east line of the subject tract is the approximate possession line. The west portion of the north �ine of the pazent tract is the approximate possession kine.
