10, township Z suuth, range 1 I west and measure south along the east line of said quarter, quarter
se�tion, a distance of 1340.90 feet to a 5/8 inch iron fourtd i inch high, thence measure west,
along the south line of said quarter, quarter section, a distance uf 322.75 feet to a 5/8 inch iron
found l.inch high, thence measure north a distance of 1342.44 feet to a point in the north line of
said quarter, quarter section; thence measure east, a distance of 336.03 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 10.165 acres, but subject to a part o£state road 64/65 ofFthe north side
thereof. Said righi-of-way contains 0.452 acre.
