AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Agnes A. Danford being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
o£ Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife:
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the southwest quarter (1/4) of the northwest quarter
(1/4) and a part of the northwest quarter (1/4) of the southwest
quarter (1/4), all in section seventeen (17), town two (2) south,
range eight (8) west, bounded as follows:- Beginning at a point
in the center of the Oakland City andWinslow road, thirty (30)
rods and twenty (20) links east of the west line of said section
seventeen (17); running thence east along the center of said
Oakland City and Winslow road to the east line of said southwest
quarter (1/4) of said Northwest quarter (1/4); thence south along
said east line and along the east line of said northwest quarter
(1/4) of said southwest quarter (1/4) to the north line of the
right-of-way of the Southern Railway Company; thence in a westerly
direction along said north line to a point thirty (30) rods and
twenty (20) links east of the west line of said section seventeen
(17); thence north to the place of beginning, containing fifteen
(15) acres, more or less; EXCEPT FOR ONE ACRE OF ABOVE DESCRIPTION
CONVEYED IN A PREVIOUS DEED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A part of the southwest quarter (SWa) of the Northwest quarter
(NW4) of Section Seventeen (17), Town two (2) South, Range
Eight (8) West, described as follows: Begin at a point in center
of Oakland City and Winslow road sixteen (16) rods west of the east
line of said Southwest Quarter (Sw4) of the Northwest 4uarter
(NWa) of said Section Seventeen (17); thence South Ten (10) rods;
thence East Sixteen (16) rods; thence North Ten (10) rods; thence
west along center of Oakland City andWinslow road a distance of
Sixteen (16) rods to place of beginning, containing one ;(1) acre.

(8) West, described as follows: Beginning at a point in center of

(16) rods to place of beginning, containing one (1) acre.

Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 168, page 175,
Office of the Recorder of Gib� n County, Indiana.

and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Robert N. Danford and Agnes A.
Danford, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Robert N. Danford died intestate, on or about December
10, 1972, and that said Robert N. Danford and Agnes A. Danford were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Robert N.
Danford.

Affiant further states that she knrnas of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Robert N. Danford at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant saith not,
