Loveless, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of a realtor. That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Lot Number Nineteen (19) in Laura E. Woods Addition to the City of.Princeton, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 146, page 489, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana; and that he knows of his rnon knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Roy E. Deadman and Cora C. Deadman, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Roy E. Deadman died testate, on or about November 23, 1972, and that said Roy E. Deadman and Cora C. Deadman were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Roy E. Deadman. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the gross value of the estate of said Roy E.
