That she is appropimately forty eight (48) years of : age and now resides at No. 102 North First Street, Owensville, Indiana; that she is the surviving widow of James O. Boren deceased, who died intestate a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on or about August 14, 1968; 2rA.That as one of the sons and one of the heirs at law 3 s�S9 � of Rosa Evans Boren, deceased, the said James O. Boren, during his lifetime inherited an undivided one-half (1/2) part in value of the following described real estate situate in Johnson Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit: / f A part of the northeast quarter of Section 9, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, bounded as follows, towit: Beginning on the north line of said section on the east bank of Jordan Creek where the same crosses the Cynthiana and Haubstadt Road and from thence east 24 rods; thence in a southwesterly direction following the meanderings of the branch of said Jordan Creek to where it empties into said Creek; thence up said Jordan Creek on the East Bank thereof to the place of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less. F1LS0, all that part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 4 south, Range 11 West, formerly owned by Anna M. Trible and lying east of Jordan Creek and estimated to contain one (1) acre, more or less. ALSO, part of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 11 West and described as follows: Begin at a point in the north line of said section 3542.54 feet east of the northwest corner of said section in the center of a concrete box culvert from said beginning point, run thence along the center of said ditch witn the meanders thereof, to its intersection with the old channel of Jordan Creek; thence down Jordan Creek with the meanders thereof to a point 990"feet south of the north line of said quarter section; thence east 545 feet; thence north 994 feet to the north line of said quarter section; thence west 6 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 6.70 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 171, Page 466, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; That the said James O. That the said James O. Boren left as his sole and only Ruth D, Deal, formerly heirs, (a) / Ruth D. Boren (widow) and this affiant; (b) Chester Arthur Boren, now residing in the City of Evansville, Indiana, and is now approximately thirty (30) years of age, together :,. with (c) James Ivan Boren, who resides in Owensville, and is now past nineteen (19) years of age.
