- VEDA B. DeBORD, being first duly sworn upon her oath says:
1. That Affiant and her late husband, Fsed H. DeBord, were
the owners as tenants by the entirities of the following described
real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Part of the northwest quarter of Section eighteen (18),
township two (2) south, range ten (10) west and described
as follows:
Begin at a point in the west right of way line of,the
C. & E. I. R. R. which is located 11.08 1/2 chains west.
and 18.21 chains south of the northeast corner of.said
quarter section, and from said begznning point run�thence
north, 5 degrees west, along said right of way line 28.94
feet to the south line of Kentucky Street in the City of
Princeton, Indiana, projected westward; thence west along
said projected south line 185.7 feet to an iron;''thence,�
south 19.5 feet to an iron in the north line of a tract of
land now owned by Robert J. and Emma L. Graetz; thence
east 40 feet to an iron; thence south, 5 degrees east, -
parallel to said railroad, 230 feet; thence south 282 •
feet to the north line of Makemson Avenue; thence eastward
along said north line 180 feet to the west right of way-
line of said Railroad; thence'north, 5 degrees west, along
said right of way line 511 feet to the point of.beginning,
and containing one and ninety-six hundredths (1.96) acres,
more�"or less.
2. That the said Fred H. DeBord died,intestate March 2, 1976,
a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana. '

3. That the hereinabove described real esta�te passed''to
your Affiant by operation of law. �
4. That no Federal Estate Tax will be due or owing on "'
said real estate.
WIIEREFORE, Affiant prays that the.records in the Office of
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, be changed to reflect that the
Affiant is now the sole owner thereof. .. _
