FRANK DELAY, being duly sworn upon oath, says that Flora
Laverne Delay, who commonly signed as Flora Delay and who was the wife
of this affiant, departed this life, testate, a resident of Gibson County, State
of Indiana, on July 27, 1964;that as of the date of death the said Flora Delay
and this affiant, as tenants by the entirety, were the owners of the following
described real estate, situate in MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, GIBSON COUNTY,
INDIANA, to-wit:
An undivided one-half (1/2) part in value in and to the East
Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 2 South,
Range 12 West, and containing 80 acres, more or less;
An undivided one-half (1 /2) part in value in and to the east
half of the southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 2 South, Range
12 West, and containing 80 acres, more orless;
A part of the northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 3
South, Range 11 West, described as follows: Begin at a point 62
links north and 2. 09 chains east of the northeast corner of the
southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 1, Township
3 South, Range 12 4Vest, and run thence south 14. 23 chains to the
south line of the northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 3 South,
Range 11 West, thence east 13. 41 chains to the center of the Owens-
ville and Princeton Road, thence north (9. 25 degrees east) 8. 79
chains;thence north (26 degrees east) 6.05 chains, thence-west
to tne place of beginning, containing 20.2 acres, more or less;
(Deed from Nellie Thompson to Frank Delay and Flora Delay,
Deed Record 125, page 393); -
A part of the southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 3
South, Range 11 West, and described as follows, to-wit: Begin
''' at a point in7the west line,of said quarter. section, 284. 625 feet
south of the northwest corner thereof, and run thence northeasterly
200 feet to an iron 241 feet south of a stone in the north line of said
quarter section and 193 feet east of said northwest corner; thence
east parallel to said north line 772 feet to the center of the Princeton
and Owensville Road; thence in a southwesterly direction along the
centerline of said road a distance of 1381. 5 feet to the northeast
corner of a tract of land now owned by William H. Smith; thence
north 53 degrees west along the north line of the said Smith tract
of land 333. 3 feet to an iron in the west line of said quarter section;
thence north along said west line 946 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 18. 54 acres, more or less. .

ship 3 South, Range 11 West, and described as follows; Begin at a
point 193 feet and 11 inches east of the northwest corner of the
southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 3 South, Range 11 West,
and run thence east 822 feet to the center of the Princeton and
Owensville Road, thence along the center of said road south 28 1/4
degrees west 247 feet; thence west 772 feet;.thence north 241 feet
to the place of beginning, containing 4. 38 acres, (Deed from Mary
Delay et al to Frank Delay and Flora Delay, Deed Record 121,
page 321);
An undivided one-twelfth (1/12) part in value in and to
a) Part of the south half of Section 33, Township 2 South, Range
11 West, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning in the north line of
the southeast quarter of said Section, 34 chains and 20 links west
of the northeast corner'thereof, at Rachel Clark's corner, and
running west along the quarter section line 54 chains and 24 links
to Epperson's corner (in 1873); thence south 18 chains and 17 1/2 links
to a brick; thence east-54 chains and 241inks to a rock; thence north
18 chains and 17 1/2 links to the beginning, containing 25 acres, more
or less (two-pole chains);
b) The north half of a part of the south half of Section 33, Township
2 South, Range 11 West, bounded as follows, to-wit; Beginning at a
stone in the southeast quarter of said Section, 34 chains and 20 links
west of the east line thereof, and 18 chains and 17 1/2 links south
of the north line thereof at Pirickney Clark's corner (in 1873) and
from said stone running west 54 chains and 24 links to a brick in
Epperson's line; thence sout}i 20 chains and 5 1/2 links to a brick;
thence east 54 chains and 24 links to a stone in Rachel Clark's
line; thence north 20 chains and 5 1/2 links to the beginning, con-
taining in all 27. 38 acres,. and said north half containing 13. 69
acres, more or less. ( the two parcels last described are oresently
listed for tax administration, along with other real estate, in the
name of Lelia G. Armstrong. Deed dated September 20, 1957, from
Sharon Bolin et vir, to Frank Delay and Flora Delay, Deed Record
148, page 262). (Lemuel Armstrong, Administrator, to Frank Delay
and Flora Delay, Deed Record 139, page 137).
That upon the death of the said Flora Delay the title to the
above described real estate vested in this affiant, Frank Delay, as the
widower and surviving tenant by the entirety, and you are hereby requested
to note the transfer of ownership upon the current Transfer Record of
Montgomery Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
