AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION
TO: RAYMOND KUESTER, Auditor
Gibson County, Indiana
ESSIE L. DILLON, being first duly sworn upon oath, says that
she is the surviving widow of Onie L. Dillon, deceased, who died
September 4, 1974, intestate, a resident of Gibson County, State
of Indiana; that this affiant and Onie L. Dillon were the owners
as tenants by the entirety at the time of his death of the following
described real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
All that part of lot number one (1) in Shoptaugh's
Addition to the town of Francisco, that lies south
of the right-of-way of the Louisville-EVansville
and St. Louis consolidated Railroad, Except a tract
twelve (12) feet wide across the east side thereof.
Also Lot number two (2) in Shoptaugh's Addition to
the town of Francisco, Except a tract twelve (12)
feet wide across the east side thereof; Also lot
number three (3) in Shoptaugh's Addition to the
town of Francisco, except twenty-eight and one-half
(28 1/2) feet along the south side thereof. Also
a part of the south west quarter of the south west
quarter of section seventeen (17), township two (2)
south, range nine (9) west, bounded as follows,
to-wit: Beginning at a point where the south line
of the right of way of the Louisville, Evansville,
and St. Louis Consolidated Railway Company inter-
sects the east line of lot number one (1) in said
Shoptaugh's Addition and running thence south one
hundred and eighty nine (189) feet; thence east one
(1) red; thence north one hundred and eighty nine
(189) feet to the south line of the right of way of
said railroad; thence west to the place of beginning.
Excepting all coal underlying above description,
and that the decedent was the sole owner at the time of his death
of the following described real estate in Gibson County, State of
Indiana, to-wit:
Lot number Four (4), and twenty eight and one half
(28 1/2) feet off of the south side of Lot number
Three (3), in Shoptaugh Addition to the town of
Francisco said County and State, Also a part of the
south west quarter of the South west quarter of
section number seventeen (17) in Township Two (2)

south, range nine (9) west, Bounded as follows
to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of
lot number four (4) in Shoptaugh Addition to
the town of Francisco said County and State,
Running thence east one Rod; Thence north one
hundred and fifteen and one half (115 1/2) feet;
Thence west one (1) rod to where it intersects
with lot number three (3).
Excepting all coal underlying said described
land,
which real estate descended to his sole heirs-at-law, namely, this
affiant, Essie L. Dillon, and the decedent's two adult grandchildren,
Forrest D. Keneipp and Sylvia Keneipp Avila, in the•following
proportions:
Essie L. Dillon 1/2
Forrest D. Keneipp 1/4
Sylvia Keneipp Avila 1/4
This affiant makes this af£idavit for the puroose of causing
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana to trans£er the tract first
above described to her name alone for taxation purposes, and
for the further purpose of transferring the second above described
tract to the names of said decedent's heirs-at-law for taxation.
