John w: Ballard, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age,-a resident
of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occupation is an
Attorney.

That he is familiar with the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of indiana, towit:
Lot number Two hundred seven (207) and the north half of Lot
Number �o Hundred six (206) in the Original Plan to the town
of Haubstadt, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 154
page 94, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana,
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Walter H. Diver and Amanda J.
Diver, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledged
that said Amanda J. Diver died on or about May 29, 1968, and that
Walter H. Diver and Amanda J. Diver were husband and wife, at the
time of the death of the said Amanda J. Diver.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Amanda J. Diver, at the time
of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,00�.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
