AFFIDAVIT AS TO JOINT TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
James Roger pouglas, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty-eight (58) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that
of a Farmer.
That he is familiar with the following separate parcels
of real estate located in Union Township, Gibson County, Indiana,
towit:

A part of the east half of the northwest auarter of Section Two
(2), Township three (3) south, Range eleven (11) west, as follows,
towit: Beginning in the east line of half quarter at the point
which is seven (7) chains and twenty-nine (29) links north of the
southeast corner of said half cruarter section and running thence
north seventeen (17) chains'and sixty-one (61) links;�thence west
seventeen (17) chains; thence south seventeen (17) chains and sixty-
one (61) links; and thence east seventeen.(17) chains to the place
of beginning, containing thirty (30) acres, more or less.� Being the
same real estate described in Deed Record No. 107 page 310, Deed
Record No. 147 page 277, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana; . . -.

The southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section fourteen
(14); and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section
twenty-three (23); both in Township three (3) south, Range eleven
(11) west, and containing together eighty (80) acres more or less,
in Gibson County, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in
Deed Record No. 74 page 106, Deed Record No. 147 page 278, Office
of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ,
and, that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Charles Dow Douglas and James
Roger pouglas (this affiant) as joint tenants with full rights
of survivorship;
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Charles Dow Douglas died intestate, a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, on or about April 6, 1969.
This affiant further states that the administration of the
estate of the said Charles Dow Douglas was carried on under
Estate Dkt. No. PR 69 - 55, Office of the Clerk of this Court,
Princeton, Indiana; and, all tax liability relating to both

Federal Estate Tax and Indiana Inheritance Tax relative to the
estate of the said Charles Dow Douglas has in each instance
been determined and paid. '
The affiant further states that as the result of the
death of the said Charles Dow Douglas on April 6, 1969, he
became the sole awner of said real estate as the surviving
joint tenant with full rights of survivorship.
That this affidavit is made for the purpose of establishing
the date and place of death of the said Charles Dow Douglas
and to obtain a transfer of said real estate on the appropriate
record of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, from the "Joint
names of Charles Dow Douglas and James Roger pouglas, as joint
tenants with full rights of survivorship" to James Roger pouglas,
individually.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
