Douglas being first duly sworn up�j*�he� � oath, deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Zndiana, towit: A part of the south half of Lot 8, in Block "D", in Hall's Enlarge- ment to the Southwark Addition to the town (now City) of Princeton, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the north line of said south half of said lot at a point 75 feet west of the north- east corner thereof and from thence running south 744 feet to the south line of said lot; thence west, along the south-line of said lot, 67.5 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence north 744 feet to the northwest corner of said south half of said lot; and thence east along the north line of said south half 67.5 feet to theplace of beginning. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No.145, Page 262, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by George F. Douglas and Florence E. Douglas, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant futher states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said George F. Douglas died intestate on or about the 15th day of February, 1975, and that said George F. Douglas and Florence E. Douglas were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said George F. Douglas. Affiant further states decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estates Tax; but for�the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt.
