FISHMAN being first duly sworn upon her oath
says that she is the surviving co-tenant of the £ollowina de--

described as follows: Begin at an iron in the south line
of said quarter section 12 chains East of the S.W, corner
thereof, and run thence N. 13 chains to a stone; thence E.
5.77 chains to a stone; thence S. 13 chai�s to a stone in
the S. line of said quarter section; thence W. 5.77 chains
to the place of beginning, containing 7.52 acres, more or
less, also,
Tract 2. A part of the S. end of the SSO4 of the NW4
o£ Sec. 17, Tp 2 S, R 10 W, containing 68/100 of an acre,
more or less,
that said real estate was acquired by deed from Charles Fletcher
Jean, et al, dated January 24, 1964 and recorded in Deed Record
163 at page 360 s�_.the office oi the Recorder o£ Gibson County,
Indiana and by reason o£ the will o£ Amelia puncan admitted
to probate in the Gibson Circuit Court on August 5, 1970 and that
by reason o£ such fact, she is entitled to have said real estate
transierred on thebooks of the Auditor of Gibson County to her
name alone and makes this affidavit £or that purpose.
