FIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Amye Clair Dyer, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is mo're than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.

That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Columbia Township, Gibson County, Zndiana, towit:
A part of the North East Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section
18, Town 2 South, Range 8 West, comprising a tract of land triangular
in form in the North West Corner of said quarter quarter section and
lying North and 5vest of the West right of way line of the Cleveland,
Cincinnat3i, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company as now located,
but excepting always a piece of•ground rectangular in form taken out
of the North West corner thereof, and containing in said triangular
tract hereby conveyed, after said exception, two acres, more or less;
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 119, page
542, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Ora Dyer and Amye Clair Dyer,
and
as husband and wife/as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Ora Dyer died on or about January 21,1962, and that
said Ora Dyer and Amye Clair Dyer, were husband and wife at the time
of the death of the said Ora Dyer.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Ora Dyer, at the time of his
death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less
than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said
_ decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
