Indiana has complied with the witiidrawal provisions of the Indiana Forest
Tax Classification Law for the following described land:

-- When property is withdrawn from forest classification, our office must
immediately notify the county recorder and the county auditor of the
county where the land is located. Upon wi[hdrawal the owner of the
land previously classified shall make notation of the withdrawal in the
records in the office of the county recorder.
Please note Section 17 of the enclosed law. There is a tax of $4•gz
per acres to be collected on this withdrawal. Kindly place the above
